There is one dangerous downside to owning a Nintendo Wii.

I was given one as a present on Saturday and spent all weekend on Wii Sports. It’s an amazing set of games on an amazing system. But this morning, I can hardly move my arms as my muscles ache so much.

I’m only hoping that once I’ve had it for a while, my body will get used to the abuse.

You never know, I might get fit whilst playing games!
